Dial An Exchange is an “Independent” exchange company with the Timeshare Owner’s needs first and foremost in mind. By offering personal service and excellent value for money, Dial An Exchange has rapidly become a market leader in the holiday exchange business.

As an alternative to the very large exchange companies, Dial An Exchange has carved out a niche market by specializing in customer service, attention to detail, and helping owners get the exchanges they want without a lot of angst and aggravation. By being consistent in our approach in helping owners, Dial An Exchange has been able to extend the service and the number of destinations offered to members, and now operates from offices located in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the USA. These combined forces have come together to bring initiatives in customer service, technological change in reservations systems, and to offer a stronger choice for Timeshare Owners across the globe.

The Dial An Exchange ‘exchange system’ has also been extended to include the owners of Managed “Holiday Properties” (villas, condos, townhouses & apartments) so they to can benefit from the same exchange service that has been available to Timeshare Owners for many years. This helps increase the variety and number of destination resorts available for our entire membership base.

Our philosophy is simply; provide timeshare exchanges for our members with a minimum of fuss, at a low cost, in a wide variety of destinations in various parts of the world, and all with personal customer service.
