The ICE Inc. is a unique, global organization focused on providing a synergistic alliance between distinguished, high-quality resorts and the world¡¦s leading cruise lines. The power of this alliance enables both cruise lines and resorts worldwide to offer innovative new products and take their business to a new level through untapped markets.

The ICE Inc. was founded in 1996 to supply unique value-added vacation and leisure benefits to specific target groups of vacationers worldwide. From its inception, ICE has had a central strategy of alliance marketing with strategic affinity groups to provide high-quality cruise vacations, resort and hotel vacations and other travel and leisure opportunities.

The concept of ICE was first developed in late 1995 when John and Marcia Rowley discovered a missing component to the Vacation Ownership dream ~ Cruising. Convinced this was a niche that needed to be filled in the Vacation Ownership industry, the Rowleys began building ICE¡¦s corporate business plan in 1996.
 
By October 1996, ICE had gained the cooperation and the support of the most popular cruise line in the world, Carnival Cruise Line. Agreements with the Carnival Corporation¡¦s family of cruise lines, Holland America, Costa Cruise Lines, Cunard, Seabourn and Windstar soon followed. With innovative product ideas and the support of these cruise lines, the ICE began to form business alliances with high-end resort developers in the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. Today, ICE provides our Members with the most flexible and exclusive cruise program available today.
